Details
Materials and origin
Reclaimed oak, oiled with linseed and beeswax. Walnut version from orchard trees felled in the Drôme. Optional linen or vegetable-tanned leather pad.
Beam 0412 held up a barn roof above the lavender drying floor in Bonnieux from 1874.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth. Once a year, rub in a thin coat of the oil we send with the piece and buff it off after twenty minutes. Old nail holes and checks in the grain are part of the beam and are left open.
Delivery and returns
We email a delivery window two weeks ahead. Two people carry the piece to the room you choose and take the packaging away. Delivery is free in mainland France and quoted for the rest of Europe.
You can return it within 30 days of delivery. We collect it; the collection costs €60.

Bought six in fumé. The seat is wider than it looks in photos, which is the point. Delivery took seven weeks, as promised.
